Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Sale or clearance items may be marked as final sale and not eligible for return
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
